Job Summary:
Liaison Officer / Team Leader will be mainly responsible of liaising between a remote team and project management in Turkey, follow up periodic administrative and financial reports.
Location:
· Gaziantep, Turkey.
Duties, Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Remote Team Management.
- Effective communication with Team members on a daily basis.
- Follow up administrative tasks (attendance, vacations…etc.).
- Follow up financial tasks (salaries, reports…etc.).
- Equipment purchase (price offer, bills, shipping…etc.).
- Write periodic reports.
Education and Experience:
Project or Business Management University Degree.
Minimum two /2/ years of experience in Humanitarian NGO.
Required Skills:
Excellent level of oral and written Arabic/English Language.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word).
Good knowledge of cloud & data sharing applications (Google drive, Dropbox…etc.).
Good experience in remote management.
Good experience in report writing and data analysis.
Excellent social and interpersonal skills.
Leadership skills & Team work spirit.
Good knowledge of Syrian Situation.
Ability and willing to work overtime and on weekends (when necessary).
