ACF is an international non-governmental, private, apolitical, non-religious and non-profit organization created in 1979. Its goal is to combat hunger and dangerous situations that threaten men, women and children. Currently 500 expats and more than 5,000 employees are working for ACF in more than forty-six countries working in projects concerning four areas of focus: nutrition, health, food security and water and sanitation.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
Develop ACF presence and interventions in Turkey through the strategic partnership with our Turkish partner
OBJECTIFS SPÉCIFIQUES
1. Formalize the strategic partnership and ACF presence in Turkey
ACF intervention strategy (intervention, advocacy)
Turkish Partner MoU and action plan
Analysis of ACF institutional capacity in Turkey
2. Capacity building of our turkish partner policies, methodologies and structure
Institutionalize ACF policies and methodologies within Turkish partner
Support the governance structure of Turkish partner
Integrate Turkish partner within the ACF information system
3. Scale up ACF interventions in the Middle East
Develop a short/medium and long term intervention strategy, including Turkish partner as prior implementing partner, but as well checking other possibilities to scale up
Position ACF/STL as technical assistance
Develop relations with different strategic Turkish and International actors to scale up and form alliances-stakeholder analysis
Monitor and analyse the migration crisis and Syrian crisis and potential future crisis
Analyse the possibility of developing Turkey as a regional hub for the future
PROFIL DU CANDIDAT
· Develop a short/medium and long term intervention strategy, including Turkish partner as prior implementing partner, but as well checking other possibilities to scale up
· Position ACF/STL as technical assistance
· Develop relations with different strategic Turkish and International actors to scale up and form alliances – stakeholder analysis
· Monitor and analyse the migration crisis and Syrian crisis and potential future crisis
· Analyse the possibility of developing Turkey as a regional hub for the future University degree
· ACF Experience, Capacity Building, working with counterparts
· Minimum Six years’ experience working with ACF in management positions
· Experience in general management and very good knowledge of ACF policies and procedures
· English and Turkish could be desirable
· Windows domain, Compulsory expertise in Excel, accounting programs, SAGA and/or Agresso, total package
· Frequent travels within Turkey and to Spain
REMUNERATIVE PACKAGE
· Nous proposons une incorporation immédiate à un Organisme dynamique d’envergure internationale incluant les conditions contractuelles suivantes :
· Salaire de 2.200€ à 2.825€ bruts par mois en fonction de l’expérience professionnelle et des responsabilités. Le système de rémunération d’ACF-Espagne permet une projection annuelle en fonction des résultats de l’évaluation de l'implication professionnelle.
· Base : Istambul
· Durée : 12 mois
· Jusqu'à un maximum de 20% additionnel en fonction du contexte et responsabilité du poste (selon barème fixé par ACF-E).
· Logement et nourriture pris en charge par l’organisation (incluant per diem) : package valorisé, selon le lieu de destination.
· Les frais de transport jusqu’à la mission.
· Breaks d’une semaine avec frais de transport vers la zone de référence et un extra de 215€ pour la semaine.
· 25 jours ouvrables de vacances par an.
· Assurance de santé, rapatriement, accident, voyage et vie.
· Prime enfant (moins de 18 ans) de 100€ à 225€ en fonction des conditions ACF-E.
