Chance to Change, CTC, as a non-governmental, humanitarian organization founded in Hatay, Turkey, the aim main was to contribute to the development of the lives of disadvantaged people within the community, at the local level. In line with the universal norms and U.N. conventions on rights, the CTC is dedicated to promote and protect the basic human rights of disadvantaged individuals and groups as well as the rights of refugees and asylum seekers in Turkey, and in Syria. For this purpose, CTC is dedicated to the alleviation of suffering, poverty, and hardship through the effective implementation of development programmes with a primary focus on Protection and Livelihoods, women empowerment programs, and such as start-up supports.
Vision
CTC works to implement programmes whose various components are both complementary and aimed at alleviating the distinct social, cultural, and economic difficulties faced by the refugee community in current contexts.
Mission Statement
Chance to Change works with refugee communities to increase levels of resilience economic independence through the provision of livelihoods programming and to also address the diverse protection, education, and social cohesion needs of the most vulnerable within those groups.
