Turkey: End of Project Financial Audit

WORLD VISION INTERNATIONAL IN TURKEY IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING PROPOSALS FOR FINANCIAL AUDIT OF ITS DUTCH-FUNDED PROJECT ‘’SYRIA JOINT RESPONSE’’

Duration of the project: 10 months

The scope of services:
The engagement will include:

1. Financial Audit Opinion on the financial statements (for the project) the financial Audit should be completed in Turkey.

2. Preparation of the Management Letter

3. Formally present major audit results with WV Turkey Office financial and operation management

4. The reports should be submitted in English
   An appropriate proposal should include the following:

5. A brief description of the audit firm that discloses the type of services available.

6. A description of the professional staff as well as the number of other personnel in the office.

7. Past experience in auditing projects of nonprofit organizations (experience with INGOs is preferred) .

8. A timeline that will assure meeting the due dates of the audit report.

9. The basis on which the fee will be determined and the proposed fee including all taxes as applicable.

10. Certificate of registration of the company

11. Bank details

12. Name and experience of the responsible auditor

13. Bidders should provide confirmation that they are Chartered Auditors

The date to begin the audit is 14^th of April 2016, estimated end date for receiving audit report 15^th May 2016.
