  • Coordinate all shipments moving from and to Gaziantep.
  • Obtain a high level of proficiency in the use of Supply Chain Software system
  • Keep warehouse records updated daily and perform tasks with high accuracy
  • Raise PRs for trucks and labors for transporting shipment.
  • Facilitate timely shipments clearance from borders.
  • Help procurement in conducting a regular market-price survey of the trucks & labor charges.
  • Pro-actively maintain open and professional relations with International Medical Corps team members, promoting a strong team spirit and providing oversight and guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions
  • Ensure regular and effective communication with Logistics, procurement and all other International Medical Corps team members.
  • Perform monthly physical inventory, and submit accurate reports about stock status
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by the supervisor, in a manner that contributes to

achievement of the objectives.

  • Assist in managing the proper set up, maintenance, repair, and running of all IMC

facilities according to IMC procedures and regulations.

  • Assist in the full documentation of all Logistics operations in a well-organized filing

system according to IMC regulations.

  • Adhere to IMC Code of Conduct and internationally accepted humanitarian

principles.

Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Bachelor degree specialization in business administration is preferred
  • Desirable working experience of at least two year in Logistics (similar position)
  • Good planning capabilities and good ability to conceptualize, innovate, plan and execute ideas and systems
  • Ability to multitask, think creatively and work with little supervision in an often stressful environment
  • Good reporting skills in oral and written form including the ability to clearly and
  • concisely express ideas and concepts
  • Experience with NGOs will be given preference.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills; with fluency in English
