About UOSSM**: Union of Medical Care and Relief Organizations UOSSM is a federation of humanitarian medical aid and relief, non-for-profit, non-governmental, member organizations. Founded in January 2012 in France, with the vision to work under a unified strategic framework, to increase the effectiveness of the humanitarian response in areas of crisis; aiming at providing medical aid and support to affected people and communities, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion or political affiliation.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
*To assist the Grants Manager in developing, managing, delivering and promoting the UOSSM grants program.
*Assists in the provision of technical and logistical support in the grants review and selection process to ensure it is in compliance with the various policies, financial guidelines and budget requirements of the Foundation
*Supports reviews of budget estimates (for cash or in-kind grants, including Fixed Amount) for accuracy, reasonableness and consistency.
* Write weekly and monthly reports to donor and executive administrative level.
*Works on all administration aspects of the role to a timely and accurate standard
*Support the grants director in monitoring risks and conditions associated with grant funded projects. And Performs any other reasonable duties and tasks as requested by UOSSM.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required Education : Preferable Bachelor’s degree in business, English literature or any relevant filed
Required experience : Experience 3-4 years in a similar position
Computer skills : Microsoft Office, Excel, word (Advance user)
Languages: Fluently in English and Turkish is an advantage.
Additional personal Requirements : A team player, flexible, quick-thinking and able to work well under pressure
