Project manager roles and responsibilities should include the following:
Planning and implementation:
Setting a work Plan defining regular activities of the Education office.
Identifying and allocating resources (time - funds - HR) needed for implementation of the project
Verification of project adaptation of policies of Kesh Malek
Project reporting
Sending recommendations and essential reports to the administration of Kesh Malek (reports of project development)
Sending Reports to Donors.
Project recruitment staff:
interviewing and hiring staff / volunteers expertise + recruitment
management of staff in accordance of Kesh Malek policies
Coordination:
Coordinating among all Kesh Malek Schools
Coordination with Syrian NOGs working on Education.
Coordinate between Kesh Malek and Local administration councils in all areas where Kesh Malek working.
Job requirements:
Diploma degree
Management experience with organizations (NGOs)
Fluency in English
Good communications skills
Valid Passport **
