Turkey: Wash M&E Officer

KEY RESPONSABILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Design and review monitoring technical tools with WASH Manager.

· Prepare and update internal projects monitoring plan whenever necessary in accordance with program extension.

· Prepare and update CSP Monitoring tool whenever necessary, in accordance with program extension.

· Prepare and update Health Facilities monitoring tool whenever necessary, in accordance with program extension.

· Support the staff of the partner in terms of M&E and reporting.

· Update The WASH tracking sheet.

· Train all sites assistants on using M&E tools.

· Train all field surveyors on using M&E tools.

· Prepare M&E planning in collaboration with the WASH Program Assistant and the WASH Manager, based on donor deadlines and requirements and program requirements.

· Prepare indicators when required (Urfa site).

· Prepare weekly indicators report in collaboration with the Reporting Officer.

· Collect M&E data collection forms from other sites of intervention.

· Prepare Database.

· Proceed to Data Entry.

· Proceed Data Analyses.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering

· Experience in WASH projects context.

· Fluent in MS office · Good experience, project planning and management to meet the deadlines.

· Excellent in English is required.
