  • Follow up monitor and evaluate the running CFS activities as per assigned locations.
  • Assist in the assessments for new areas as per planned and requested.
  • Ensuring activities and training run according to protocols, policies and program development.
  • Assist in organizing training events as per assigned fields.
  • Deliver training workshops on the site level.
  • Work closely with the other departments, to ensure smooth and effective coordination as per action plans and planned interventions.
  • Ensure programming is on track in absence of direct supervisor, reporting daily on important issues that require supervisor feedback and decision making.
  • Participate in the program development and recommendations as required.
  • Reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in working with children is mandatory
  • Psychosocial work experience preferable
  • Knowledge and understanding of Cl' Minimum Standards
  • Strong humanitarian values, including respect, non-discrimination and do no harm
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting skills
