- Follow up monitor and evaluate the running CFS activities as per assigned locations.
- Assist in the assessments for new areas as per planned and requested.
- Ensuring activities and training run according to protocols, policies and program development.
- Assist in organizing training events as per assigned fields.
- Deliver training workshops on the site level.
- Work closely with the other departments, to ensure smooth and effective coordination as per action plans and planned interventions.
- Ensure programming is on track in absence of direct supervisor, reporting daily on important issues that require supervisor feedback and decision making.
- Participate in the program development and recommendations as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in working with children is mandatory
- Psychosocial work experience preferable
- Knowledge and understanding of Cl' Minimum Standards
- Strong humanitarian values, including respect, non-discrimination and do no harm
- Good communication skills
- Flexible
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting skills
