Job Summary and Responsibility:
Chief Financial Officer is responsible for developing the financial strategies and budgets for the organization and its institutions and supervision of all sub-budgets, all the required Financial report the system and the final budgets, Supervision of the Financial Reports for all the organization projects, and the development of financial policies and procedures and oversee the implementation and periodically reviewed and improved, and responsible for the management for motivating the financial team and raising its performance, and has overall responsibility for the public financial performance of the organization.
- Prepare sub-plans and executive programs for financial management in order to achieve the main objectives for the organization
- Responsible for monitoring the implementation of financial management plans
- Preparation of financial management procedures and approved it by the Board of Directors, and reviewed it on a regular basis and make sure their application.
- Proposal the desirable , curative and preventive measures that will improve the performance of its management work
- Preparation the appropriate annual budget of the system and its institutions within available means of support and funding
- Review all the vouchers and adopt it and make an order of exchange
- Do periodic inventory of the Fund in cooperation with the treasurer
- Constipation, conservation and maintenance of all financial documents, books and follow the authority and validity of these documents
- Save complete copies of all financial documents, whether they are in favor or as a liability on the organization
- Raising the weekly reports and the fortnightly and monthly and semi-annual and annual for Chief Executive Officer and discuss these reports at the periodic meetings of the Board of Directors
- Save all the records of the special quality models for conducting financial management and all his works are subject to internal audit
- Write a weekly report to show what has been accomplished and what work has been postponed with a statement of reason and submit it to the Director of the Executive Office
- Implement any guidance or other responsibilities assigned by the Executive Director of the Office.
Position Requirements:
- CMA or CFM certification.
- 3 years’ experience in civil society institutions.
- 5 years’ experience at least in administrative work.
- Ability to prepare funding proposals and attachments.
- Ability to prepare FINANCIAL BALANCES.
- Ability to prepare financial budgets.
- Experience in the financial documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in leading teams.
- highly skilled in using computers and in particular the Office programs.
- Fluency in English
- Prepare reports and correspondence management skill.
- Experience in the development of administrative work.
