Freelance Associate Trainers
We are always looking for qualified, experienced individuals to join our pool of RedR freelance Associate Trainers (ATs) to contribute to our programme of capacity building for humanitarian workers. Our Associate Trainers are engaged in many ways, including development of new training materials, delivery of training courses and organisation and facilitation of capacity building events.

Excellent skills in training delivery, particularly adult learning courses for a professional audience, using participatory approaches and interactive learning;
Are available for short-term assignments on a regular basis;
A high level of expertise in an area we provide training in. At the moment, we are particularly interested in receiving applications from people with expert level knowledge in:
· Management and Leadership
· Project Cycle Management
· Monitoring and Evaluation
· Protection
· Security Management
What RedR Offers
If successful in the assessment, and after training at least twice with an experienced RedR Associate Trainer, we will add you to our Associate Trainer database. When we have a training in a particular area, we contact the Associate Trainers that have expertise in the topic of the training and select the best suited AT for the assignment. The number of trainings that an AT conducts for us in a year varies greatly, and depends amongst other things on how often we train on that particular topic in a particular location. RedR contracts ATs as Consultants on a fixed daily rate. We are committed to strengthening local training capacity in the most disaster-prone countries, and support our new and existing trainers to further develop professionally as a trainer.
