Position: Administrative CEO Assistants

Reporting to: CEO

Working area: Gaziantep, Turkey

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • handle the day-to-day communications for the director or managerial employees in the organization.

  • answers calls, takes messages, schedules meetings and writes letters or prepares draft press releases.

  • opens and sorts mail and delivers it to the appropriate personnel.

  • might respond to email inquiries or route them to the executive.

  • The administrative assistant proofreads reports and written documents for grammar, punctuation and spelling errors.

  • creates draft communications for the director's overview.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Literature OR Administration

  • Motivated, dynamic; Time and work management abilities

  • Fluent in English, and prefered to be fluent in Turkish.

  • Very good with microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel , PowerPoint)

The candidate must indicate in his application if she/he has a valid Residency and/or a valid Passport (please indicate the expiry date)
