Main tasks and responsibilities:
handle the day-to-day communications for the director or managerial employees in the organization.
answers calls, takes messages, schedules meetings and writes letters or prepares draft press releases.
opens and sorts mail and delivers it to the appropriate personnel.
might respond to email inquiries or route them to the executive.
The administrative assistant proofreads reports and written documents for grammar, punctuation and spelling errors.
creates draft communications for the director's overview.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Literature OR Administration
Motivated, dynamic; Time and work management abilities
Fluent in English, and prefered to be fluent in Turkish.
Very good with microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel , PowerPoint)
