General Task:

Developing projects’ proposals, preparing implementation plan, implementing it, following up its activities, and writing related reports.

Job Description:

A.Developing and writing proposals:

To develope and maintain project records and a comprehensive, up-to-date and user-friendly project database, collecting information from all sources in the ACU and interacting as needed with project implementers.
To collect and analyse information to support project design, proposal development and monitoring and evaluation.
To gather proposal information by identifying information sources and Manage relationships with donors including outreach and communication.
To format the proposal to meet FSL program guidelines and standards;
To analyse costs and benefits of projects and recommend alternative strategies to the Program Manager and Program Coordinators.
To prepare the log-frame and project management plan in coordination with the MEAL Dept.
To prepare the MOUs and review it with MEAL Dept. and the Legal Affairs Officer.
To prepare all reports about projects for the donors.

B.To follow up all potential donations and preparing proposals in time.

C.To follow up with donors in order to make agreements about technical issues.

D.To follow up with implementers to make sure that project is done in a professional way.
