Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Full supervision of project and follow-up step by step, as it determines the nature of the relationship that will govern the work of the parties, which in turn participate in the implementation of this project.

· Work with the program Manager to develop concept papers, prepare proposals and implementation work plans (including log frames, activity schedules, monitoring and evaluation schedules) for submission to major donors.

· Establish, maintain and use clear and effective means of communication with team.

· Work with the programs manager and the Monitoring and Evaluation Officers, prepare monthly, scheduled reporting /annual and end-of-project narrative reports and other reports as required.

  • Ability to perform a variety of standard tasks related to Results Management, including screening and collecting of program/ projects documentation, projects data entering, preparation of revisions, filing, provision of information; moreover, Maintain, update and archive all programs/projects files, handbooks and records on a regular basis.

· Write reports and analyses of programmatic activities.

· Compile/collate major donor narrative reports.

  • To standardize procedures based on best practice and to undertake regular reviews to ensure continuous improvement. Liaise with Administration Office, and other key sections of the Organization to be proactive and collaborative in supporting the development of improved systems and processes.

· Ability to deal with/Make judgements on unusual cases, to ensure offers comply with the organization's objectives.

  • Assesses project performance to identify success factors and incorporates best practices into project work; therefore, you have to research linkages across project activities to identify critical points of integration.

· Coordinate overall program portfolio to ensure key performance indicators are met and program impact is in line with strategy.

· Review and evaluate incoming proposals from groups worldwide, acquire supplementary information/research as needed.

· You may, from time to time, be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as may reasonably be required by your line manager.

Qualification:

· A bachelor’s degree in business administration, political science, social or development studies, project management or related field.

Skills:

· Excellent organizational skills, demonstrate a good use of initiative and be able to interpret and apply complex information.

· Willingness to assume a range of unanticipated tasks and work flexible hours, including some weekends.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Information management skills including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Experience and sensitivity of working with people from a wide range of cultures.

· Capacity to manage and prioritize a high workload, often working to tight deadlines.

· Remains calm, in control and good humored even under pressure.

· Self-development, initiative-taking.

· Ability to multi-task.
