Job title-: Projects Finance Officer

Report to-: Financial Coordinator

Tasks and Responsibilities:

·Financial monitoring of the received programs and connect the financial processes with the financial program.

·Monitoring grants expenses and make sure that they match the donors’ requirements

·Submitting the financial reports periodically to the financial Coordinator.

·Receive all documentation related to the providers paying, checking them, submitting them to finical management to complete the approval and paying them once payment order is received.

·Preparing the salaries schedules and submitting them with all documentation to the Financial Coordinator.

·Preparing daily transaction reports of each project and submitting them weekly to the Financial Coordinator.

·Prepare an expenditure statement for each project and submitting it to the Financial Coordinator with documentations and clearing the advances.

·electronic archiving of files and submitting them to the Financial Management.

· Coordinating and management of program accountants inside Syria.

· Performing any tasks assigned by the financial management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Economic-Accounting is preferred.
  • Commercial Institute or Banking Institute certificated are accepted.
  • work experience with humanitarian organizations (a year at least).
  • Experience in dealing with accounting programs in general, experience in Quick Box is preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
  • Good knowledge in internet and supporting programs.
