Position & Title: HR Officer

Job Type : Part time

Location: Turkey / Gaziantep.

JOB PURPOSE

He/she will be responsible HR services and functions to enable the organization attain, attract, motivates and develop employees.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Participate in the recruitment process.

2. Ensure that all staff have a signed and current Job Description in their personnel file.

3. Collect and track recruitment Planner forms.

4. Organize interviews and Prescreening interviews.

5. Participate in the interviews and ensure transparency in the process.

6. Check references and give regret to unsuccessful candidates.

7. Oversees the performance review process.

8. Receive all applications for staff training and forward to Senior Management for review and develop training plan.

9. Provide counselling on policies and procedures.

10. Control & Checking attendance sheet of staff.

11. Prepare monthly Payroll and calculate the benefits of the staff on regular basis.

12. Responsible for tracking annual & sick leave days.

13. Staff orientation about Policies and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

1. University degree in administration or relevant department.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in related areas.

3. Very good knowledge of Turkish Labor Laws.

1. Computer skills are required, especially MS Office and internet.

2. Good written and oral skills – Turkish and English , Arabic : native .

3. Strong communication skills.

4. Only Turkish Nationality
