About BO:
Bahar Organization is an independent non-profit and non-governmental organisation that provides humanitarian aids to vulnerable people without any discrimination in all its forms. BO is operating to response for the needs and basic requirement of the humanitarian crisis in Syria in the middle of the affected communities caused by the conflict the basic principles of BO’s activities are to enhance the basic life standards to the affected population by delivering the humanitarian aid based on the needs.
Reports to:** M & E Manager
Main Responsibilities :
- · To supervise regular data collection and ensure quality of the data by random verification and validations
- · To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
- · Ensure that implementation of field activities adheres to Water Aid’s monitoring and evaluation system
- · Support M&E manager in dealing with any other tasks as may be required
- · Conduct data cleaning and prepare it for analysis
· Prepare electronic data collection tools.
· Prepare the data bases. Support data collection with all necessaries requirement .
Skills and Abilities:
- · Bachelor degree in minimum.
- · Knowledge and understanding of project monitoring and evaluation
- · Minimum 6-month experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- · Experience of field data collection.
- · Experience of data analysis.
- · Data collection and management.
· Excellent computer knowledge with command on MS Excel among other packages of MS Office.
