The primary function of medical warehouse assistant is to assist the warehouse pharmacist in medical warehouse organizing, kit preparing and record keeping.
· Assist Warehouse Pharmacist in all day to day activities as assigned.
· Follow all IMC warehouse stock management policies, procedures and manuals.
· Ensure timely preparation and shipping of kits and packages of health commodities.
· Adhere to administrative directives with regards to work schedules, record keeping, line of communications and other IMC policies.
· Adhere to IMC Code of Conduct and internationally accepted humanitarian principles.
Qualifications:
· Must have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience working with pharmaceuticals and medical supplies
· Must be good in written and spoken English and Turkish.
· Must be skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel.
· Must be willing to work for long hours under stress.
· Must be able to work extra time on weekends and evenings when required.
· Must be skilled in Microsoft Office specially MS Excel and Word
