تخطيط وتنفيذ وإدارة ومراقبة جميع الأنشطة المالية الخاصة بالبعثة.
Planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the mission.
إجراء رصد ومراقبة دقيقة للملفات المالية، والتأكد من انسجام كافة المدخلات مع السياسات والإجراءت الخاصة بالهلال الأحمر القطري.
Make accurate monitoring and control for the financial files, and to ensure that the inputs are in concord with the QRCS's policies and procedures.
وضع وتنفيذ وتقييم أهداف القسم المالي والتأكد من انساجمهم مع أهداف البعثة وميزانيتها
Developing, implementing and evaluating the finance department objectives and aligning them with the mission's objectives and budget.
إجراء مراجعة نقدية لسياسات وإجراءات ونماذج تقارير القسم المالي لضمان رفع مستوى فعاليتها.
Critically reviewing processes, procedures and reports to enhance efficiency.
بالتعان مع إدارة البعثة وبقية الأٌقسام المساهمة في وضع الموازنة في نهاية العام الميلادي.
Participating in preparing the budget for the next year, in coordination with the mission’s management and other department.
إعداد التقارير و البيانات المالية والإحصائية بشكل شهري وعند الطلب من إدارة البعثة.
Preparation of financial statements, reports and statistical data as required.
بالتعاون مع مدراء المشاريع، تجهيز التقارير للمشاريع بما يتناسب مع متطلبات الجهات الداعمة.
Preparation of projects reports in coordination with the project managers based on the donors requirements
تدقيق واعتماد كشوفات الرواتب الشهرية الواصلة من قسم الموارد البشرية.
Recheck the monthly payroll, which shall be delivered from the HR Department.
تجهيز متطلبات المدقق الداخلي والخارجي.
Perform periodic reconciliation of debtors and creditors.
التأكد من مراعاة فريق المحاسبين لسياسات البعثة المحاسبية خلال عملهم.
Ensuring application of the mission's accounting policies, within the accounting team work.
المشاركة في الاجتماعات مع الجهات الداعمة عند الحاجة.
Participating in the meeting with the donors If necessary
تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية الفنية لفريق المحاسبين،
Determine the training needs for the accounting team.
المساهمة في عملية بناء قدرات الفريق المحاسبي.
Participate in the capacity building process for the accounting team
