SENED was established by a group of humanitarian and social activists in responding to the Syrians suffer since 2011. SENED has become specialized in working with and supporting people with special needs since 2015 due to the realization of the tremendous tragedy that people with special needs live in Syria through periodic visits to their places.

Project Description:

Business Registration Support project "RUHSAT" aims to legalize commercial and professional activities, provide advisory and directional support to the owners of these businesses within the ecosystem of business environment in Turkey, covering all fees arising from the business registration processes, and guide them to understand regulations, laws, their duties and their rights after the registering.

The "Ruhsat Project" operates within the framework of the "PEP-Promotion of Economic Prospects" programme which is financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in cooperation with SENED.

Job Purpose:

To assist in the implementation of all assigned projects in Turkey and ensure their execution within time, budget and quality.

Key Activities/Tasks/Duties:

  • participating with the Project team to facilitate the operation of receiving the documents and the applications of any potential beneficiary.
  • checking the documents and sending reports to the line manager if there is any missing or wrong data.
  • doing field visit if needed after tacking the tasks from the line manager.
  • scanning and uploading the required documents on the drive to facilitate the work of the other departments and project colleagues.
  • receiving the invoices from beneficiaries and checking if there is any wrong or duplicating before sending it to the focal point person to achieve the payment request from the financial departments.
  • working regularly with the field team and communications team.

Required Qualifications (Education/Languages/Work Experience):

A. Essential:

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience
  • Advanced skills in Arabic language.
  • Intermediate skills in the Turkish language.
  • Turkish Nationality.
  • Priorities will be for people with disabilities or their relatives.

B. Desirable

  • Intermediate skills in the English language.
  • Verified experience in similar position.

Required Competencies:

A. Technical Competencies (TC):

  • basic knowledge in report writing.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel & Word.
