RET International was founded in 2000, by Mrs Sadako Ogata, then High Commissioner of UNHCR, to address the dire need for education in emergencies in fragile contexts for vulnerable young people affected by displacement, violence, armed conflict and disasters.

Job Description:
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Project Team Leader and Project Coordinator, the Center Supervisor is responsible for managing, coordinating and implementing all activities in RET’s Women Cultural Centers and to meet the project’s targets and key performance indicators.
Responsible for the organization and implementation of all project-related activities in the center
Responsible for daily monitoring of the project, including identification of the communities’ needs and gaps
Management and coordination of the center staff, including social workers, health specialists, and teachers
Preparation of weekly, and monthly work plans for center staff
Supervising daily and weekly data collection
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
Maintain relationships with key stakeholder in the project location
Carry out administrative duties as required
Required Skills and Experience
Undergraduate degree in social sciences, economics, management, or any related field
Relevant experience preferably in a Non-Governmental Organization
Sensitivity to or prior work experience in the field of gender based violence
Excellent spoken and written skills in Turkish, good spoken and written skills in English
PC proficiency, including Word processing (MS Word or equivalent) and excellent skills on spread sheets MS Excel
Flexibility in responding to urgent needs and tasks
Ability to prioritize work and to meet tight deadlines
Attention to details and cultural differences and contexts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Respectful and supportive team player
