· Provide high quality medical consultations including relevant patient history, appropriate
physical exam, investigations, treatment and referrals
· Adhere to rational drug usage protocols
· Submit reports in a timely manner
· Participate in the daily running of the clinic
· Adhere to administrative directives with regards to work schedules, record keeping,
patient communications, re-stocking of necessary drugs, consumables and other items
· Adhere to IMC Code of Conduct and internationally accepted humanitarian principles
· Coordinate the health activity with the MOH and local authority.
· Provide all services to patients free of charge
· Providing parenting and health education for the pregnant women, post natal women
and Family Planning Clients on good reproductive health practices and promote the
utilization of the reproductive health services.
· Conduct Post natal Care (PNC) services to women post-delivery in accordance to the
acceptable standards
· Examining, diagnosing, monitoring women during pregnancy, delivery and pot delivery
period.
· Provide ANC services in accordance to the acceptable standards.
· Identifying high risk pregnancies and making referrals to the nearest appropriate medical
facility.
· Provide Family Planning Counselling and services to clients and assists the clients to select
the best Family Planning methods for them
· Ensure equipment for RH services are available, operational and maintained.
· Participate in educational sessions for staff and patients as directed by supervisor
· Attend training sessions as required by supervisor
· Provide training to other staff as requested by supervisor
· Any other related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Ob/ Gyn Doctor license from the relevant regulatory authorities of the Republic of Syria
Must have at least 2 year of experience.
Good team work spirit.
A willingness to learn new skills
